臭氧發生器的工作原理是什么?
發(fa)布時間:2016-06-03按臭(chou)(chou)氧產生的方(fang)式劃分,目前(qian)的臭(chou)(chou)氧發生器(qi)主(zhu)要有三(san)種:高(gao)壓放電式、紫外線照射式、電解式。
一、高(gao)壓放(fang)電式發生器
該(gai)類(lei)臭氧(yang)發(fa)生器是使用(yong)一定頻(pin)率的(de)高(gao)壓(ya)電流制(zhi)造高(gao)壓(ya)電暈電場(chang)(chang),使電場(chang)(chang)內或電場(chang)(chang)周圍的(de)氧(yang)分子發(fa)生電化學反(fan)應,從而制(zhi)造臭氧(yang)。
這(zhe)種(zhong)臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)發生(sheng)器具有技術成熟、工作穩定、使用壽命長、臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)產量大(單機可(ke)達1Kg/h)等優點,所以(yi)是國內外相關行業使用最(zui)廣泛的(de)臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)發生(sheng)器。 在(zai)高(gao)壓放電式臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)發生(sheng)器中又分為(wei)以(yi)下幾種(zhong)類型(xing):
1、按(an)發(fa)生器的(de)高壓電(dian)頻(pin)(pin)率劃分,有(you)工頻(pin)(pin)(50-60Hz)、中頻(pin)(pin)(400-1000Hz)和高頻(pin)(pin)(>1000Hz)三種(zhong)。工頻(pin)(pin)發(fa)生器由(you)于(yu)體(ti)積大、功耗高等(deng)缺點,目前已基本退出市場。中、高頻(pin)(pin)發(fa)生器具有(you)體(ti)積小(xiao)、功耗低、臭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)產(chan)量(liang)(liang)大等(deng)優(you)點,是(shi)現在最常用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)產(chan)品(pin)。 2、按(an)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)原料(liao)劃分,有(you)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)型(xing)和空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)型(xing)兩種(zhong)。氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)型(xing)通常是(shi)由(you)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)瓶或(huo)制氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)機(ji)供應氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)。空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)型(xing)通常是(shi)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)潔凈干(gan)燥的(de)壓縮空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)作為原料(liao)。由(you)于(yu)臭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)是(shi)靠氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)來產(chan)生的(de),而(er)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)含量(liang)(liang)只有(you)21%,所以空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)型(xing)發(fa)生器產(chan)生的(de)臭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)濃(nong)度(du)相對(dui)較低,而(er)瓶裝或(huo)制氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)機(ji)的(de)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)純度(du)都在90%以上,所以氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)型(xing)發(fa)生器的(de)臭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)濃(nong)度(du)較高。
3、按冷(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)方式劃分(fen),有水(shui)冷(leng)型(xing)和風(feng)(feng)冷(leng)型(xing)。臭(chou)(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)工(gong)作時會產生(sheng)(sheng)大量(liang)的(de)(de)熱能(neng),需要冷(leng)卻(que)(que)(que),否(fou)則(ze)臭(chou)(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)會因高溫(wen)而邊(bian)產生(sheng)(sheng)邊(bian)分(fen)解。水(shui)冷(leng)型(xing)發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)效果好,工(gong)作穩定,臭(chou)(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)無(wu)衰減,并能(neng)長(chang)時間連續工(gong)作,但結構復雜,成(cheng)本稍高。風(feng)(feng)冷(leng)型(xing)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)效果不夠理想,臭(chou)(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)衰減明顯。總體性(xing)能(neng)穩定的(de)(de)高性(xing)能(neng)臭(chou)(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)通常都是水(shui)冷(leng)式的(de)(de)。風(feng)(feng)冷(leng)一般只用(yong)于臭(chou)(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)產量(liang)較小的(de)(de)中低檔臭(chou)(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)。在(zai)選用(yong)發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)時,應盡量(liang)選用(yong)水(shui)冷(leng)型(xing)的(de)(de)。
4、按介(jie)電(dian)材(cai)料劃分,常見的(de)(de)有(you)石英管(guan)(玻(bo)璃(li)的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)(zhong))、陶瓷(ci)(ci)板、陶瓷(ci)(ci)管(guan)、玻(bo)璃(li)管(guan)和(he)搪(tang)瓷(ci)(ci)管(guan)等幾種(zhong)(zhong)類型(xing)。目前(qian)使(shi)用各類介(jie)電(dian)材(cai)料制造的(de)(de)臭氧發(fa)生器市(shi)場上均有(you)銷售,其性能各有(you)不同,玻(bo)璃(li)介(jie)電(dian)體成(cheng)本(ben)低性能穩(wen)是人工制造臭氧使(shi)用最早的(de)(de)材(cai)料之一(yi)(yi),但機械(xie)強(qiang)度(du)差(cha)。陶瓷(ci)(ci)和(he)玻(bo)璃(li)類似但陶瓷(ci)(ci)不宜加(jia)(jia)工特別在大型(xing)臭氧機中(zhong)使(shi)用受到限制。搪(tang)瓷(ci)(ci)是一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)新型(xing)介(jie)電(dian)材(cai)料,介(jie)質和(he)電(dian)極于一(yi)(yi)體機械(xie)強(qiang)度(du)高、可(ke)精密加(jia)(jia)工精度(du)較高,在大中(zhong)型(xing)臭氧發(fa)生器中(zhong)廣泛使(shi)用,但制造成(cheng)本(ben)較高。
5、按臭(chou)(chou)氧發(fa)生(sheng)器結構(gou)(gou)劃分(fen),有間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)式(shi)(DBD)和開(kai)(kai)放(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)兩種。間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)式(shi)的(de)(de)結構(gou)(gou)特點是臭(chou)(chou)氧在內外(wai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極區間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)內產生(sheng)臭(chou)(chou)氧,臭(chou)(chou)氧能(neng)夠集中(zhong)(zhong)收集輸(shu)出使用(yong)(yong)(yong)其(qi)濃度較(jiao)(jiao)高,如用(yong)(yong)(yong)于水處理。開(kai)(kai)放(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)發(fa)生(sheng)器的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極是裸露在空(kong)氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de),所產生(sheng)的(de)(de)臭(chou)(chou)氧直(zhi)接(jie)擴散到空(kong)氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong),因臭(chou)(chou)氧濃度較(jiao)(jiao)低通常只用(yong)(yong)(yong)于較(jiao)(jiao)小空(kong)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)空(kong)氣(qi)滅菌或某些小型物(wu)品(pin)表面消(xiao)毒(du)。間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)式(shi)發(fa)生(sheng)器可代替(ti)開(kai)(kai)放(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)發(fa)生(sheng)器使用(yong)(yong)(yong)。但間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)式(shi)臭(chou)(chou)氧發(fa)生(sheng)器成本遠高于開(kai)(kai)放(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)。
二、紫外線式臭氧發生器
該類(lei)臭(chou)氧(yang)發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器是使(shi)用(yong)特定波長(185mm)的紫外線(xian)照(zhao)射氧(yang)分(fen)子(zi),使(shi)氧(yang)分(fen)子(zi)分(fen)解(jie)而產生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)臭(chou)氧(yang)。由于紫外線(xian)燈管體(ti)積大、臭(chou)氧(yang)產量低、使(shi)用(yong)壽命短(duan),所以這種(zhong)發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器使(shi)用(yong)范(fan)圍較窄(zhai),常見于消毒碗柜上使(shi)用(yong)。 三、電解(jie)式發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器
該(gai)類臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器通常是(shi)通過電解純(chun)凈水而產生(sheng)(sheng)臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)。這種(zhong)發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器能(neng)制(zhi)取(qu)高(gao)濃(nong)度的(de)臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)水,制(zhi)造成本低,使用(yong)(yong)和維修簡單。但由(you)于(yu)有(you)臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)產量無(wu)法做大、電極使用(yong)(yong)壽命短(duan)、臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)不容(rong)易收集等方面的(de)缺(que)點,其用(yong)(yong)途范圍受到限制(zhi)。目前這種(zhong)發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器只是(shi)在一些特定的(de)小型設備上或某些特定場所內使用(yong)(yong),不具備取(qu)代高(gao)壓(ya)放(fang)電式發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器的(de)條件(jian)。
